IC is pain: IC is sometimes referred to as "painful bladder syndrome". At age 22 IC is unlikely. If you you want to "make sure" get cystoscopy ubder anesthesia. I would not recommend cystoscopy at this point if you were my patient. Discuss with your doctor or see a urologist. Relax,good luck.
