What is the normal heart rate and blood pressure for a 21 year old female?

60, 120/80: In general, your pulse should be under 100. Over 100 is considered to be a fast heart rate. Ideal is about 60. Blood pressure should be 120/80, but most ladies have lower blood pressure. It could be 90/60 and its still normal. 140/90 should be checked by a doctor. It always good to get readings out side of the dr's office since some people at the doctors have white coat hypertension.
