You may have a precusor of oral cancer from this. Yes see dentist. Esp if you smoke or chew or dip.

With all these problems you described, you should see an oral surgeon immediately to remove them. The teeth are causing an irritation that could be serious. Your other problems may not be related, once teeth are removed if they continue, than see your PCP for exam.
