A member asked:

Sharp pain behind left thigh (lower part), it hurts when walking, also tingling, no additional symptoms. i took booster covid vaccine (pfizer) 5 days ago. could it be blood clot/ thrombosis, sciatica or other side effect?

Not feasible to pinpoint, but unlikely blood clot with Pfizer prep, as this comes from J&J or Astra-Zeneca. Could be a coincidental sciatica. See your doctor and get examined.

The tingling suggests nerve involvement. Watch for shortness of breath, swelling and redness. Please see your physician. The vaccination site in the upper extremity is unlikely to be causative. Apply local heat to the area.
