No need to be exact, 12 +/- 2 hours or 10 - 14 hours apart, should be fine

The reason to take medications at exact intervals is to maintain a a constant blood titter, thus consistency of effectiveness. That said, there is probably about a10% time leeway. For the best answer, the one answer customized to treat the diagnosis for which the medication has been prescribed, is the one that can be provided by your Practitioner.
