I accidentally took 2 claritin 24 hour gel tabs less than 12 hours apart- one morning one evening. any major issue? i meant to take another medication in the morning and grabbed the wrong one.

Usually ok: Doubling Claritin for a day should not cause any noticeable difference. If it were Claritin-D, the D part is a decongestant and could increase one's heart rate a little bit. If worried, can check with one's primary care doctor.
