It can be a normal finding, the gallbladder is contracted when no bile is inside. However, the gallbladder may appear contracted in patient with chronic cholecystitis, i.e. chronic inflammation of the gallbladder. So, the significance of this finding depends on the reason why CT was done. The diagnosis will be chronic cholecystitis if CT was done for recurrent right upper quadrant pain +/- N/V.

A contracted gallbladder on CT scan is of no clinical significance. It is a fairly common finding. Unless you’re having symptoms which could be related to the gallbladder, I would not worry about it. Good luck.
