Retained stone: If within 6 months post surgery, you could be experiencing symptoms of a retained common bile duct stone. Talk to your surgeon about this.

Variable: Retained bile duct stone unlikely with normal blood tests & ct scan. Maybe your gallbladder was not the cause of your pains. Maybe you have something else; constipation, gastritis, stomach ulcer, sphincter of oddi spasm, etc. See a GI specialist for evaluation. May need endoscopy if not already done, mri, etc. Avoid fatty foods for now.
