My sisters medicine was stolen and she is completely out! she is a veteran and i am concerned?

Call her primary doctor for help. Some medications can't be stopped abruptly so if needed, she just has to go to a VA urgent care or ER.

Regular meds ( blood pressure/ cholesterol/etc) are never stolen in my experience, it is only the controlled substances and that creates legal issues. Have her call her prescriber to see what the next steps would be ( they may be stipulated in the controlled substance report, a police report has to be usually filed).
