59yr male mitral valve repair 10yrs ago disharged cardio checkups,not on medication.near syncope 2 a yr but never fainted cardiologist said it's to do with my blood flow different to others now.had near syncope yesterday standing ,no other symptoms?

Check seated and standing BP and BP after going up and down on toes. If drops more than 20 mm or u get dizzy call Dr. Especially if you are taking any meds that affect blood pressure. You can look them up at Drugs.com to see if cause dizzy spells. I
