No psychiatric evaluation should "count against" you. Other than your parents (at your age), nobody has a right to know an evaluation was done; or if they know, to act against you in any way. Knowledge of such an evaluation or its outcome can create prejudice, but the risk is mostly from what you might disclose yourself. Health records are private, with strong laws against disclosure w/o consent.

Overdosed patient is required to be evaluated by a psychiatrist for ruling out a behavior problem which can lead to another incidence in the future if not appropriately treated. Your evaluation is only counted when you are completely competent. The evaluation is not valid or can't be appropriately done when the patient is still under the affects of whatever medication(s).
