My wife was diagnosed with psychosis . stopped risperidone and was off of it for 8 weeks and got very sick and still is she has delusion and hallucinating is this from withdraw ?

Psychosis is a general term best translated as she is mentally challenged/has deranged thoughts. If she stops the medication the mentally deranged thoughts return. It is not so much a withdrawal as evidence the meds that may have helped are now gone. Getting "very sick" is too vague a description to blame the med or just a coincidental illness. You should contact her doc for guidance.
