Unless you are infected with a highly resistant E. Coli which is called ESBL E. Coli, Augmentin should take care all those organisms.

If the urine culture and sensitivity showed that the organism s were sensitive to it. Check with the ordering doc. In the meantime drink plenty of water and take AZO if you have burning. Hope you feel bettter
