Mono pct auto 9.3, up from 7.3 in april, and 6.1 in may 2021. mpv 11.4 for last year. other labs normal. joint & rib pain. family history of cancer at young age. my pcp says no indication of lymphoma or leukemia. should i seek second opinion?

For as long as you have unexplained symptoms work up should continue and expand to other tests. Keep your PCP involved, the pieces of the puzzle are not coming together, a hem-onc or rheumatology referral may help in better defining your condition.
