Can a false positive mono spot test indicate leukemia or lymphoma or parvovirus ? my son got one at urgent care that was positive. we followed up with his pcp and it was negative?

This does not indicate any of the condition you have listed. The monspot test could have been falsely positive in Urgent Care. Or if he had mononucleosis for a while, the becomes negative as the mono clears up. Discuss with his PCP.
