This the 2 part to my first question i tested negative my exposure was in october and in november, december i started to get some thrush and light lymph note pains is that a sign of hiv even though i tested negative? trush slightly going away? stress?

A negative result on a 4th gen combo test at 6-8 weeks after exposure rules out HIV, however, HIV is only one of the STDs. A condom may not protect against HPV, Herpes, LGV, syphilis, pubic lice etc. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an evaluation.
