Follow up question- tested negative for hiv 4th gen duo p24 test 32 days post exposure. 60 days post exposure sore neck, lymph node is sore, achey. i knowhuv symptoms dont start this late. what else could it be? can stress cause it? no fever?

You can NEVER rely on symptoms to judge HIV, because all HIV symptoms occur much more commonly with other conditions, in this case colds, allergy, emotional stress, and more. Your test results show something other than HIV is the cause, but beyond that no way to guess at the various possibilities.
