Never disappear: No, HIV antibodies never disappear. Your negative test is valid no matter how long after the last exposure. Despite what you can find on line, recurrent or persistent yeast infections (thrush) almost never are evidence of HIV, especially vaginal yeast infections. There is no point in having T cell or any other test; T cell testing is never useful if an HIV test negative -- also an urban myth.
