I hope you mistyped the clonazepam dose, 0.5 mg daily, not the very high dose 5 mg, daily. Anxiety should only cause lightheadedness when you hyperventilate during the attack, not in between. In other words, if you have frequent lightheadedness without anxiety attack, a thorough physical exam should be done.
