A member asked:

I am diabetic & have problem of lightheadedness for last 3 years. neurologist given me escitalopram & clonazepam but no improvement. what should i do?

Check BP sit / stand: It would be very helpful to have your blood pressure measured in lying, seated, and standing positions, allowing for about 1 minute to adjust to each. The reason for this is that some people with diabetes feel light headedness due to changes in their blood pressure, and the treatments for this are much different than those you have tried.
