Call your physician for instructions & advice as to when to resume usual dose. . You may experience some jitteriness,palpitations from acceleration of your heart rate,sleeplessness,tremors,loose BM's but symptoms will dissipate gradually but if symptoms are severe notify your physician for advice or proceed to the ER.

If only prescribed 2x 75 mcg/day Ok to skip 1 dose and restart your regular dose next day. It is not likely that you will be experiencing significant side effects. Trying to avoid such events in the future by using a pillbox or an app that will prevent you from inadvertently overdosing or missing doses will be best. If synthroid was not prescribed it is likely that you will experience symptoms.
