I am taking synthroid and now i am on sucralfate 3 times a day. i talked to the pharmacist etc. about how long to wait between taking the synthroid i get different answers. i read you should wait 8 hours others one / two hours. can you advise?

I think it's best to take synthroid on an empty stomach so foods won' t interfere with its absorption. Synthroid should be taken at the very same time each day. I would allow at least 2 hours to elapse after taking it before taking sucralfate.
