So im on day 11 counting zero 12 of covid. i had a chest x-ray last night at the er bcuz urgent care said my bottom lung sounds were diminished. it was clear. will i be okay? or do i have to worry about pneumonia developing still?

If finger O2 good then not likely to have more lung problems. If not yet vaccinated follow local guidelines

You should be fine. Diminished air entry in the lower lung fields is commonly noted in urgent care setting because of the noisy environment and poor quality of disposable stethoscope used for isolated patient. Clear chest X-ray rules out any significant pulmonary insult from Covid-19 infection.

The infection has most likely resolved and the pain may be related to musculoskeletal or pleuritic inflammation. Watch for signs of shortness of breath and fever. While a secondary infection or COVID related pneumonia may occur, it is not likely if you are otherwise well.
