Of course, your voiding issue has nothing to do with your sexual function but your symptoms are unusual at your age and it deserves some works-up vs therapeutic trial. A second urology opinion is recommended.

I didn't understand the last part. Get urine tested, drink more water, avoid constipation. If this does not help see another Urologist
