If you didn't get satisfactory advice from that urologist,I recommend getting a second opinion. Your symptoms suggest bladder outlet obstruction from prostate problems but there are other possibilities such as neurogenic bladder issues or urethral pathology. I'm unclear about the meaning of "ruining sexual".
