Mild chronic inactive gastritis of antrum for 18 years. (-) for h.pylori but (+) yrs ago. no metaplasia. if h.pylori remains (-), will the gastritis get worse and/or will area undergo metaplasia/dyplasia in future? grandmother had stomach cancer?
