My nose bleeds off-and-on whatever the weather is, hot or cold. it started just this summer for the first time in life. i'm suffering from migraine as well from a year or so but it's when i'm stressed or struggling to cope up with it. need advice?

If the nasal bleeding is always from the same nostril (and you don't have hypertension) I would check for a scab from dryness inside that nostril. (I assume you don't smoke). If this is the case, rub a thin film of white vaseline inside the nostril nightly. Have a physician or an ENT specialist as needed.
