Nosebleeds: One way to avoid nose bleeds is to use nasal saline, a sterile salt water solution, frequently. It keeps the mucous membranes in the nose moistened and can keep you from getting nose bleeds. If you get them frequently you might want to see an ENT physician. Sometimes they can treat the vessels in the nose so that they do not bleed.
