Multifactorial: 'migraines', like the term 'energy', can mean different things to different people. If you've been diagnosed by an allopathic practitioner, you may already know that that kind of headache can have many triggers. Best ideas will probably come from the practitioner who diagnosed you. If you havent seen a PCP, I suggest you start there.
