Migraine: Migraines are thought to be blood vessel mediated but more inside the skull. I would recommend evaluation of nosebleed by a physician. Most common reason is dry nasal mucous lining. But elevation in blood pressure during pain can be an indirect factor.

High blood pressure: Nosebleeds can occur after a migraine due to a sudden increase in blood pressure due to the pain of the migraine. Both headaches and nosebleeds are common consequences of uncontrolled high blood pressure. You should have your blood pressure checked and should monitor your blood pressure, especially if these symptoms recur.
