I did a pap smear today, and the nurse said the cervix looks unhealthy with blood and other secretions, and i had sex before doing the pap smear. also, my period didn't come for four months, and i have pcos. is an unhealthy cervix consider to be bad?

The comment about your Cervix being "Unhealthy" needs to be followed further, by an evaluation by your Gynecologist. Unhealthy is a broad term but you should make sure that your cervix does not have any evidence of Cancer which requires further testing to make sure that cytology is negative and you do not have HPV infection. Discuss this matter with your current gynecologist or seek a 2nd opinion.
