If this is a urinalysis result, it means nothing. If there also are white blood cells in the urine and/or symptoms of a urinary tract infection, a culture is needed to identify the bacteria. If significant numbers of typical UTI bacteria are found, an antibiotic may be advised. Discuss with your doctor.

A functional medical doctor would require more of the urinaalysis findings, the reason the test was ordered to give a definitive answer. . But if there is no other abnormality or symptom then this report is nothing to worry about.
