UTI: You may have misunderstood what the doctor said. They may have indicated that the reason for the "pus" was that you had an infection in which the number of bacteria was very high. It strikes me that this needs treatment, particularly if you are symptomatic. Best wishes. If you were correct you might want a second opinion,
