A member asked:

High blood pressure for 2 straight weeks, my doctor already increased dosage in two of my medicines and add another medicine to help it get down but so far i havent see progress in my blood pressure readings?

It can take weeks or even months to lower ones BP. Your diet, weight, how good you are at following the directions given to you, and are you over anxious, depressed, and smoking or drinking. All these factors can keep your pressure from lowering.
