Lowering bp: I agree fully with Dr. Bakers advice and perspective. Regular high intake of colored fruits and veg help. Magnesium indeed helps, as does potassium. Avoid saturated fats. Avoid salt. Exercise aerobically. Lose wt to your ideal wt. Avoid NSAIDS and cold remedies. Minimize refined carbs such as white breads, pastas, most cereals, muffins, and sodas. Keep calorie intake below 1800 / day.
