Not as I am aware of but if patient has these symptoms after taking an ARB drug and the timing seems fit then I will change to a different medication as a trial. The decision to use a different drug in the same ARB category or a different category will depend the necessity of using an ARB. Loop diuretics, e.g. furosemide, at times used for HTN in pts with CKD, may cause ototoxicity in high dose.
