I have meniere's disease, inner ear issues with imbalance (no vertigo) and tinnitus, asymmetrical hearing loss. which blood pressure meds are not ototoxic and safe for the ears without making tinnitus worse?

Most anti-hypertensive medications (BP meds) do not have ototoxic effect. I wonder if you are taking thiazide diuretic which is often used for Meniere's disease but it is also a BP med. Along with thiazide diuretic, an ACEi drug like lisinopril or ARB drug like losartan is more effective.
