One week ago i smashed my feet with a granite stone and fractured my 1st metatarsal i was put on a backslap because my feet was swollen and am told to come back after 4weeks. my question is when will i start walking?

You do not want to wait 4 weeks to be evaluated . In 4 weeks the bone will be mostly heeled. If in a bad position you will require surgery. Control the swelling with physical therapy and see the doctor as soon as possible. If the fracture is malpositioned he may be able to position the fracture for proper heeling
