Hello! im about to start working as an emt. do you have any tips or tricks on how to keep calm in times of high priority calls such as codes, strokes, or mis? i sometimes have a hard time concentrating when i get boosts of adrenaline! thank you!!?

High-priority calls require that you study and know the procedures and steps you need to take. Your training will give you all the help you need. We have all been in those positions, and it always goes back to knowing your material. If you feel overwhelmed, that's OK. We have all felt that, trust me. Let your training lead you. If you need to, stop and think about what you have been taught to do.
