I'm hiv postive and my doctor says he won't call in my hiv meds to my pharmacy unless i see him first. is that legal? i need these meds to live and can't miss days or my body might reject it and i get sick all over again. plus it's a hassle to get to him

It : It is quite important to take your medication on time, but it is just as important to make sure that you are not having any issues with the medications and that they remain effective. Only regular follow up will insure this.
