The epinephrine could be released at some times in the day causing elevated blood pressure and then not at other times. There could be a tumor releasing the epinephrine and this needs to be ruled out. An endocrine doctor should be seen to diagnose this possibility. It is called pheochromocytoma. If present, it needs to be removed-some are benign others malignant. Get this checked! Good luck!
