Hi. my uacr is 62. urinalysis indicates protein in urine 1+. i take meds,for high blood pressure. i have an appointment with a nephrologist. can you please tell me how the nephrologist is probably going to treat these? what will be the treatment plan?

You have asked this question multiple times. Please patiently wait for the nephrology appointment. You should not worry much about the urine albumin/creatinine (uACR) of 62. Urine protein by dipstick can vary from negative to trace then 1+ if your urine concentration changes , e.g. a diluted urine with specific gravity less than 1.005 can make the dipstick become negative or trace for protein.
