Can duane's syndrome be treated? is there any way to treat it with eye exercises? is surgery a good option to fix this syndrome? i was born with it please help. i'll be grateful i am 24 years old and not using any kind of medication?

Duane's syndrome cannot be cured, and there are no medications or exercises to treat it either. Surgery can improve the condition slightly and decrease symptoms. I suggest you get an exam by a pediatric ophthalmologist, since they deal with this on a regular basis.
