Why did ecg say pacemaker rhythm and markedly abnormal. i dont have a pacemaker. was it a wrong machine print out ? or does it mean an abnormal heart rhythm?

I suspect they reported on the wrong print out. A pacemaker creates a non-varying rhythm and can leave an artifact on the tracing with each beat. A natural rhythm always has some variability.
