Have your doc recommend a life coach/therapist who can teach you stress reduction and relaxation techniques. Your doc can work with the therapist and add some meds if needed. If any real emotional triggers emerge where you need added help, they can assist you with them .

Although several medications may be useful, the side effects, costs, and eventual tolerance would beg for a less stress-free approach. The following seems useful in most cases: cognitive-behavioral therapy, biofeedback, meditation, aerobic exercises; dietary modifications with avoidance of caffeine, nitrites, MSG, and general preservatives.

Other MD’s correct. Is high incidence Panic A’s in women w. Hypermobility, wherein Mitral Valve Prolapse oft occurs & blood back-flow fosters abrupt transient hypotension/tachycardia/fear/panic. Cardiac ultrasound can diagnose (done reclined & any back-flow sig.) therefore physical cause & PA’s not purely psychological. To Cardiologist to diagnose. Cannabis indica (not Sativa) only w. dr. approve
