Panic attacks can: present with up to 33 symptoms, all of which you should know so you don't confuse them with medical conditions. Start with a general physical, then go to a mental health pro to learn the dynamics of anxiety and some treatment options. Panic attack help: See your pcp to rule out medical causes for panic attack physical symptoms, eg., hormonal, cardiac, etc. Can only say physical symptoms are anxiety-based when medical factors are negative. Then work with a mental health professional for support and guidance. See: http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/topics/anxiety-disorders/index.shtml I hope this helps and you feel better soon.
