Seek help with MD: The first step is to see your doctor. There are several types of panic disorders and diagnostic criteria can be examined. There are several types of pharmacotherapy and SSRIs and beta blockers are very commonly used. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy can also help you very much please read about it. Good luck. http://www.psychiatry.org/patients-families/anxiety-disorders/what-are-anxiety-disorders

Panic attacks can: present with up to 33 symptoms, all of which you should know so you don't confuse them with medical conditions. Start with a general physical, then go to a mental health pro to learn the dynamics of anxiety and some treatment options. Panic attack help: See your pcp to rule out medical causes for panic attack physical symptoms, eg., hormonal, cardiac, etc. Can only say physical symptoms are anxiety-based when medical factors are negative. Then work with a mental health professional for support and guidance. See: http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/topics/anxiety-disorders/index.shtml I hope this helps and you feel better soon.
