Worried. yesterday went wakeboarding fell back hit my head on the water, hurt for like a few hours, went to sleep much better today still hurts a bit. im rlly worried about a brain bleed, is it possible to not notice one?

Do not truly understand how striking your head "on the water" would cause a "brain bleed", but since you appear concerned, contact your physician, and have an evaluation.
