If i had a brain bleed would the pain get worse and lessen? would a spot in the back of my skull be tender to the touch? i've had no head trama.

If you have had no: Head trauma, than you fear a hemorrhagic stroke or an aneurysm? Most likely, if you had either of these, you would not feel it on the outside of your head and you would have neurologic signs ie limb weakness, problems speaking, confusion or any other neuro signs associated with damage. If you are having any other neuro signs, get checked out, but otherwise it does not sound like an active bleed.
