I have atopic dermatitis and for a few days i have had hives that last a few hours and disappear. i'm not eating anything different, i'm taking loratadine once a day, should i do something else? i had it twice a week already, this time stronger?

If you have not eaten any new foods recently which could explain food allergy then an intestinal parasite infestation could be the culprit. If you observe any change in bowel habit, stool should be checked, especially if blood test shows high eosinophil count (eosinophila). So you should see your doctor if this urticaria persists. You can continue to take loratadine daily for now.
