You are correct, dry nasal mucosa and blood tinted nasal mucus are common during this season and if you have had this symptom in the past this finding is not related to the yesterday accident. You do not to visit ER, place a humidifier next to bed and keep the humidity at least 30 in the bedroom, use intranasal saline several times/day and at bedtime then continue to observe the symptoms.

I agree with Dr. Le. As for the head injury,at this time observation only is indicated. Mild headache can be expected, but worrisome symptoms would be increasing headache, vomiting, drowsiness, confusion, visual and coordination problems with other neurological issues as well.

Appears you suffered a mild closed-head injury and would not expect any consequence other than potential subgaleal hematoma ("goose egg"), or local bruising. As has been explained, the blood in the mucus is unrelated. Would be a waste of time and money to see a doctor at this point.
